christie is helpful, kind and always has great information to help me. i'm thankful for her patience. as sometimes my memory on things i need to do can disappear. she makes me feel cared for both emotionally and medically, where i don't have to feel like i have to argue with her to get the care i need (which i've had happen in the past)
