she sent the prescription right over...i'm really hoping for some relief today

i've been satisfied with the quality service for years

she explained why i needed to wait longer in between injections

brooklynn was efficient and courteous and could answer my questions quickly, thank you

i felt that Brooklynn was very focused, she listened to me, and offered care options.

she was through and clear in her information

the respect and care were absolutely fabulous

the provider did not talk to me about my visit. she didn't discuss too much with me. she spent more time on the computer and only asked me a few questions ... what was the reason of that visit ?

my provider (brooklyn) took the time to explain why i was feeling pain in particular areas and possible medication options.

the provider appeared to take no interest in me as a human being. while she kept asking if i had any questions, she seemed to have little interest in the responses or my condition or concerns. i was hoping that as a pa she would be more engaged than the doctor. she either was having a bad day, which happens, or lacks social skills and has not received appropriate training to address this deficiency. her attitude leads me to distrust her medical recommendations, though they are likely valid.

limited empathy and rush visit, she did not sit and listen without typing, no physical assessment

there was no physical examination for my preexisting and new symptoms. my questions were not fully answered, and it seemed as though the provider was not invested in my issues and was looking just to move on to the next patient.

comprehensive follow up and all options covered.

i mentioned a feeling i was having and she didnt bother to get into detail or ask me questions about it

need was not met for pain meds to stop pain so i can exercise and lose weight

the provider had very good bed side manners, went over all history details, did not rush me

brooklynn is kind, professional, expresses herself so clearly, and really makes you feel heard

she is patient, friendly and caring and provides a lot of information

my provider gave me helpful information about my medication options, side effects, etc. i appreciated that it allowed me to think through what would be best for me, with her professional guidance.

it was a five minute interaction and we didn't really talk about much

he was my first experience on the medicine call. i felt very ease. she asked her right questions. she listened to the questions i had and they answered them.

she always asks the right questions and covers all my conditions

took time to explain the specific drug prescribed for nerve pain

she was well informed, respectful, and tactful with the plethora of information i had to present. very considerate provider with good plans of action to help.

appointment was within 15 min of my scheduled time

asked her to confirm with physician about his offer to prescribe previously taken pain medication but she said i would have to wait until my appt. with physician in june.

a bit of a wait but she was up to date on my health regimen

she listened to me and has always been caring making me confident that as long as i am honest and don't brake my contract and continue to show that i don't abuse my medication, that she truly does care about my health and will take care of me

provider was ill prepared to see me. did not know the reason for my visit. did not seem to know my history.

i had a fall provider didn't hear about what transpired and the pain i was in and i had other problems that provider was not interested in listening to because i had suboxone in my system. the reason being a had to take more medication due to my severe pain and i ran out didn't want to sick. i feel like i wasn't treated like a person and she didn't care about any of my pain issues that i have.

made a follow up call later to discuss the plan.

she did what she had to do can't ask for much more

she was not very personable but she was efficient.

she was very nice but i would have liked to have my dr discuss my options

the provider was inexperienced and uninformed about the treatment of my particular disorder.

i felt unheard and i requested another provider to come in to see me instead, but the same provider came in and tried to make nice and not feeling well. i tried to just agree and give her another chance but the more i think about it the more i was unsatisfied unhappy, especially not feeling well

the provider gave solutions to my problems and explained procedures.
