every meeting we've had has been very productive and on point. you don't have to worry about what to do with your hearing because she has it all planned out. one time she helped me get the best price for new hearing aids. she always knows what the leading edge hearing aid is now she's going to assess what i will need going forward. i have an appointment ent person and an audiology testing next summer i am all prepared. i love it.

the audiologist did a great job on my hearing test and also had a conversation with the proper questions to engage with the patient which is great now if the patient doesn't know what to say or ask then extra communications i'm sure would bring out any information that my be beneficial for the appointment and diagnosis
