medical assistant did most of the work of clearing my ear but dr was pleasant, discussed my symptoms and the examined my ear again after the ma was done.

it's rare that providers take the time to listen. they're usually in a rush and tell you want they want you to do. i feel that brianna is never rushing and always works with me in working things out before pushing a biased outcome.
