waited almost 1 hour after my appointment time to be seen by provider. as a patient, i'm expected to arrive 15 minutes early, which i did, and i was not see at my appointment time of 9am.

we came up with game plan for me to get relief with the start of meds for sinus pain and future pt plan for stress/ tension to relax muscles and joints in shoulders , neck and spine .
