About me

Dr. Brian Pellini is the medical director of Minimally Invasive Surgery for Doylestown Hospital. He is a board-certified general surgeon with fellowship training in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery.

Dr. Pellini was the first surgeon in Bucks County to perform a robotic-assisted single-incision cholecystectomy for patients with gall bladder disease.

Dr. Pellini's interests are focused on the safe and effective utilization of advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques (laparoscopic, robotic, or open) to conduct procedures with a higher degree of precision while reducing potential surgical risks. He has particular interest and expertise in advanced hernia repair/abdominal wall reconstruction procedures, esophageal surgery, and colon surgery.
