urgent care close to home and wait time was minimal

he came in and got right to the point and was very kind. i would have no problem seeing him again.

they answered my questions and wasted not time getting me seen and back out

he did a great job and did everything thought of for the reason she was there

we have seen dr jones several times and he is always pleasant, professional, great with children and a wonderful physician. would recommend him to anyone.

even though it was very early and the end of the weekend, the customer service was excellent, courteous, and pleasant.

the doctor was very kind, but was very rushed. he didn't provide a good answer to my questions of &quot;what otc medicine should i use to treat my symptoms until we get the flu/covid test back&quot;. his response was &quot;the usual, ibuprofen, tylenol, etc&quot;. i was looking for more specific brands/medications to buy and look for. additionally, we did not discuss a action plan if the flu/covid test came back negative. he prescribed tamiflu, but we do not have a plan if the test is negative. he said to see my pcp in 4-5 days if symptoms don't improve, which is difficult during the holidays.

my provider's explanations were very clear.

the provider was great. walked me through everything

i wasn't told by him to stop using allegra d for my congestion. i did my research and asked the pharmacist. then i did my own research. other then that he was awesome.

very friendly , but brief, to the point ---- a good bed- side maner dr. brian a. jones explained everything very clearly.

dr jones was prompt, kind, and thorough while acknowledging my concerns and alleviating worries

he was very attentive . took the time with my son and made me feel so relieved.

he was very knowledgeable and got me in and out fast

personable, listened, asked pertinent questions during assessment.

he was attentive and kind, treated me as a human and not another number

great doctor. very pleasant, great bedside manner. skilled and effecient.

he was very nice, thorough and addressed my needs

it was an effective visit and i'm already feeling a little better.

i was seen, got a shot and prescription and out without 30 minutes!

respectful and seemed like he actually cares about helping people

he listened to me, was respectful, gave me an xray, and a prescription i also believe was important

warm personality and friendly bedside manners

he clearly knows his stuff and how to suggest a path forward.

dr jones answered my questions and explained what he was pretty certain was my issue, sent scripts to cvs and had me on my way in i believe less than 30 minutes. the true meaning of urgent care. of course i did make an appointment and they didn't seem too busy, but still, i was actually seen before my appointment time.

i like when it's in and out, waiting is sometimes miserable

very nice personality, which is very important in that profession.

knowledgeable, explained test result and chosen treatment, kind.
