Ashley is a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey and has been practicing in the outpatient setting since 2011. While she treats all areas regarding orthopaedic issues, she has a special interest in the shoulder, yoga-based physical therapy intervention, and vestibular rehabilitation. Ashley has advanced training in vestibular dysfunction, the Mulligan Concept, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy (level 1), Kinesiotaping techniques, and movement impairment syndromes; she places strong emphasis on restoration of proper functional movement patterns.
Outside of work, Ashley loves to spend time with her husband, two children, family, and friends. She enjoys being outside and the simple pleasures of life.
