she was so sweet and took the time to review my chart and knew about my prior chemical. she showed sympathy and really made the floor feel open like if i wanted to elaborate she was there to listen. that's hard to find with providers. i made a great choice switching

she is an amazing patient advocate. she listens to me and hears what i say. however, she also takes action to improve my situation. she listened to my concerns at the end of my pregnancy and advocated on my behalf to other providers. i ended up having a successful and empowering vbac birth because of her empathy and professionalism.
