Anupama is the Manager of Penn Medicine Princeton Health Rehabilitation Hamilton and an experienced physical therapist with 25+ years of clinical practice experience. She has worked in different settings such as homecare, outpatient, inpatient, and participated in research. With work experience in multiple countries, she brings a diverse perspective to the table. She is certified in various areas including fall prevention, LSVT, osteoporosis, and restorative yoga. Anupama uses the McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis to treat her patients. Most importantly, Anupama loves the patient-centric nature of her job and sees each patient's recovery as her success. 

Outside of work, Anu loves to garden and spend time with her family.
