the doctor didn't show up after 20 minutes into the appointment

i waited 1 hour 45 minutes and the provider did not show for my virtual appointment. i called the office and the woman i spoke with was very kind and helpful. she could not contact the provider or find out why she was so late. so she rescheduled me for another day. i was not able to speak with the provider and this was my first appointment, so i am not sure about the quality of the provider.
