i had a video call for a sick appointment at 12 p.m. it's now five p.m. and my prescription was never called in like i was told it was going to be. it's now friday five p.m.. i have to wait now until monday when you guys reopen to speak to someone to get a script card. then i spent $70to have a video call. just so i can get a scripts by monday. i probably won't even need it.

great provider. i don't know her well enough to give a 5 star recommendation, but she was knowledgeable and with good bedside manner for the issue presented.
