he asks the right questions, lets the patient talk and also ask questions, reasonable consideration is given to patient requests and concerns. this is the first provider that has not given me increased anxiety (white coat syndrome) while in a medical setting. he's supportive and encouraging - so patients feel hopeful and sometimes that is everything in healthcare
