About me

My interest in caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds led me to complete a career in Family Medicine. I have always had a passion to optimize healthcare through prevention with each patient and also through community and population health, and that led me to obtain additional training with a Master's in Public Health and also Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine. My emphasis on overall well-being allows the patient to engage in and feel they are a part of their healthcare.

dr. emuwa is a great doctor: very professional, very attentive, and super friendly. i adore her. however, she has clearly become more popular (and/or the office in general has a lot more patients), and my last 2-3 visits felt like i waited forever to be rushed out of the office. lately, 50% of my questions/concerns get answered, then the other 50% have to wait for another appointment....which is always 2-3 months out. so, please know i am not complaining about dr. emuwa - i really do adore her - i'm complaining that her schedule is being overbooked with not enough time between patients.

  • Lancaster General Hospital: On the medical staff, but does not have privileges to treat patients in the hospital.
