Schedule an Outpatient Lab Appointment
Outpatient lab appointments must be scheduled in advance by calling 866-912-7438 or by using the MyChart by myPennMedicine online portal.
To schedule a lab visit online, simply log on your MyChart by myPennMedicine account and select:
- Visits from the main menu
- Schedule Appointment or Lab Test
- Lab Appointment
If you do not have a MyChart by myPennMedicine account, sign up now.
In New Jersey, providers are affiliated with Penn Medicine through Clinical Health Care Associates of New Jersey or Princeton Healthcare Affiliated Physicians, PC.Office Hours
- Monday 6am - 4:30pm
- Tuesday 6am - 4:30pm
