Lancaster General Health Crisis Walk-In Center

Overview

The Behavioral Health Center on the Lancaster General Hospital campus is located at 555 N. Duke Street in Lancaster (entrance on N. Lime Street) and offers immediate, easy-to-access behavioral health care for those with non-life-threatening concerns. We’re here to serve adults, adolescents, and children ages 6 and older across Lancaster County, regardless of the ability to pay.

Crisis Walk-In Center services:

  • Rapid assessments
  • Counseling
  • Psychiatric consultations
  • Peer support
  • Connection to community-based services/resources

Interventional Psychiatry Program services:

  • Specialized mental health treatments requiring a physician referral
  • Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy
  • Intranasal and IV ketamine therapy
  • Electroconvulsive (ECT) therapy

Our team includes nurses, certified peer support specialists, licensed counselors, and psychiatric providers who partner with you to support your health and well-being.

Crisis Walk-In Center hours
No appointment necessary!

Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Please plan to come in at least 30 minutes prior to closing.

Interventional Psychiatry hours
Referral necessary

Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
