Overview
The Behavioral Health Center, which encompasses the Crisis Walk-In Center (CWIC) and Interventional Psychiatry, is located on the Lancaster General Hospital Campus at 526 N Lime St in Lancaster. The CWIC offers immediate, easy-to-access behavioral health care for those with non-life-threatening concerns. We’re here to serve adults, adolescents, and children ages 6 and older across Lancaster County, regardless of the ability to pay.
Crisis Walk-In Center services:
- Rapid assessments
- Brief counseling and care management
- Peer support and connection to community-based services/resources
- Psychiatric oversight of care
Our team includes nurses, Certified Peer Support Specialists, licensed counselors, Master’s level counselors, and psychiatric providers who partner with you to support your health and well-being.

Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Please plan to come in at least 30 minutes prior to closing.
Closed on federal holidays
