Yes. You can request a copy of your visit notes from your care team at any time, and they are also available to you in the patient portal.

With your permission, yes. You are always in control. You can ask to pause or stop the recording at any time. Recordings are not saved in your chart.

No. AI scribe audio recordings are stored without patient identifying information and are only kept for a short time.

Only your care team and authorized Penn Medicine staff can access your information.

Yes. You can opt out at any time. Your visit will continue as usual, with your health care provider stopping the recording and taking notes in the traditional way.
