Limeade, a digital platform integrated within the MyHealthyLiving program at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, offers points and cash rewards to full-time employees for participating in a variety of wellness activities. Limeade features activities all year long that are designed to meet employees wherever they are in their self-care journey.

LG Health employees receive points for Limeade activities, such as one-on-one health coaching, monthly group health coaching, fitness classes, free health screenings, guided meditations and even routine visits to an eye doctor or OB-GYN. The points can ultimately be accrued for cash bonuses.

After employees reach each point level in Limeade, they receive a cash reward in their paycheck within one to two pay cycles. This fiscal year, employees could earn up to an extra $400 for participating in activities that can benefit both mind and body.

“We know that when our employees are taken care of physically, emotionally and mentally they not only perform better at their jobs but live more satisfied and joyful lives”, said Wendy Nafziger, director, Benefits, Compliance & HR Operations, Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. “Limeade is a great resource and we encourage all employees to participate, especially as the COVID-19 pandemic has put extra stressors on every Penn Medicine and LG Health department and location.”

Employees can easily track and check their point levels by downloading the Limeade One app. Contact MyHealthyLiving@pennmedicine.upenn.edu with any programming questions.
