At this year’s Heart Walk, 185 Penn Medicine teams comprising more than 2,300 participants raised more than $264,000 for the American Heart Association. Not only was this a new high for donations for Penn Medicine but it also netted the Health System three awards: top online fundraising company, top healthcare system, and circle of excellence (for raising more than $100,000)!
