PPMC CEO Michele Volpe has been named the new chair of the Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania’s (HAP) Board of Directors. HAP advocates for more than 240 hospitals and health systems across the state. Volpe, who has been involved with the organization for decades, officially began her term on January 1, noting that this opportunity is “truly a key moment in my career.”
