Congratulations to Reina Fleury, vice president, Human Resources, and chief human resources officer (CHRO) at Princeton Health, who will be among the honorees at YWCA Princeton’s 38th annual Tribute to Women Awards.
The awards gala, to be held virtually on March 31, will highlight women across central and southern New Jersey who make a difference in their communities and industries through their work, advocacy, and volunteerism. Honorees are celebrated for advancing and embodying YWCA Princeton’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.
Fleury has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in performance management, employee relations, employee management, change and culture management, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion.
As vice president and CHRO for Princeton Health, she is responsible for oversight and implementation of all HR programs and provides administrative leadership to Volunteer Services, Religious Ministries, Occupational Health, and Patient and Guest Relations. She also is very active in the community, volunteering at food pantries and soup kitchens and mentoring women both locally and internationally to foster their personal and professional growth.
