3793 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19104
The entrance to the parking garage is on Filbert Street, which is currently a one-way street eastbound between 38th Street and 36th Street. Access Filbert Street via 38th Street to enter the garage. Penn Medicine patients should park on floors 3, 4 or 5 to access the shuttle elevators that connect internally to the ground floor patient lobby in the University City building.
Parking rates
The below rates are for patients only, not for visitors:.
- 0 to 30 mins - Free
- 30 mins to 1 hour - $8
- 1 to 3 hours - $9
- 3 to 24 hours - $11
Validate your parking ticket at the ground floor concierge desk in the North lobby. You must show your discharge paperwork to get a parking validation.
Pay-on-foot machines are near the shuttle elevators to the garage. The machines accept cash and credit cards.
Patient Drop-Off
Patient drop-off/pick-up for patients visiting floors 1 to 8 is at the North lobby entrance of Penn Medicine University City on 38th Street.
Patients visiting floors 9 and 10 should use the South lobby entrance facing Market Street.
Public Transportation

Valet parking is available for patients in the 3737 Marketing Street garage from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Valet parking rates beginning July 1, 2026:
