• Featured services: Primary care, specialty care, outpatient lab, electrocardiogram and radiology services, Holter monitor, industrial rehab, physical therapy, spinal health and rehab, ultrasound, and x-ray. Our Columbia location also includes May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology.
