The Adult Volunteer Program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania welcomes community members who are 18 years of age and older the opportunity to help improve the hospital experience for patients, their families, caregivers and the hospital staff.
The College Volunteer Program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania provides an opportunity to those on a career path to the medical field an opportunity to gain valuable hospital experience and exposure to medicine at a premiere institution. Sessions run 14 weeks. College Volunteers are expected to attend a weekly four-hour shift at the schedule of their choosing for 12 of the 14 weeks of a session.
The Teen Volunteer Program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania provides high school students who are at least 14 years old with career exposure to a variety of healthcare professions.
