Members enrolled in Penn Personalized Care are provided with a members-only phone number allowing direct access to the practice and doctors 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Members with health questions or concerns occurring after 4:30 p.m. or on the weekend may contact the physician directly via his or her personal cell phone or email.
Personalized Physician Wellness Visits & Health Counseling
In addition to preventive care visits, patients benefit from longer wellness-focused counseling sessions. These sessions allow for in-depth discussions regarding wellness-related concerns and an enhanced assessment that goes beyond a traditional annual examination. Members will have an actionable wellness plan designed to help them meet their personal health goals.
For member convenience, same-day and next-day appointments are available for individuals requiring prompt medical attention, or upon request based on availability. Members who require an appointment for routine exams and do not request same-day/next-day appointments are scheduled within two to four weeks.
Medical Advocacy Services
When appropriate, physicians will be directly available by telephone to coordinate your care with other members of your care team, including specialty or other health care visits. This ensures that the appropriate exams and screening procedures are taking place as needed and that diet and fitness goals are evaluated

To ensure member comfort and convenience, Penn Personalized Care offers a private reception area with amenities including refreshments and wireless internet access.
