The path to pregnancy is different for every couple. The Fertility Wellness Program at Penn Fertility Care offers a group Mind/Body program that supports patients as they undergo traditional medical evaluation and treatment for infertility. Additionally, the program provides skills to help patients feel less anxious, less isolated and be better able to cope on the fertility journey.
This eight-week program offers personalized interaction with the Penn Fertility Care Team and professionals from the Healing Arts Center of Philadelphia in a relaxed, comfortable setting. The Program promotes the health and relaxation of the mind, body and spirit through four key components:
- Emotional support
