All registrations are accepted on a "pending approval" basis. All prospective participants will be contacted for a phone orientation and pre-screening to ensure that the program is a proper fit.
Each class builds upon the previous week's lesson, so it is important that you plan to attend all eight sessions as well as the all day retreat.
In each class, participants will be taught a mindfulness technique and asked to practice it during the class.
Classes will include discussions led by the instructor as well as some small group and/or one-on-one exercises. Participation in these activities is encouraged (but is not mandatory).
Every participant is asked to make a commitment to practice the techniques learned in class for at least 40 minutes each day and to follow along with weekly homework assignments.
