The Penn Program for Mindfulness offers a variety of programs to support individuals who have completed a foundation mindfulness-based stress management program and want to enhance that training. Many people find it difficult to maintain a regular practice without the support of a group or the structure of a class. While individual practice is essential to making mindfulness a part of our daily lives, group practice strengthens our commitment to ourselves and deepens our understanding. A community of practitioners offers support for integrating mindfulness more fully into everyday life. These programs are designed to help participants to maintain, refine and enhance their personal practice and utilize it in real life situations. Advanced programs provide a more detailed exploration of the foundations of mindfulness meditation.
