Preparing for Appointments
Patients should bring the following information to their office visits, when applicable:
- A copy of all prior DXA (Bone Density) scans preformed. You must request a paper print out of the images and all ancillary data of the DXA scans from the facility where the DXA was performed. Please do not bring faxed images.
- Most recent blood tests, imaging studies and office visit notes that would be relevant to the appointment.
- A list of all current medications and a list of prior bone-related medications and dates of initiation and stopping.
