Patients who have an upcoming surgery or procedure may need a COVID-19 test, even if you do not have coronavirus symptoms. The medical team providing your care will let you know directly if a test is needed for your procedure or surgery, and place an order.
If you are given a referral, please call 267-414-2303 to schedule your test. We answer the phones on Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and on Sunday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
