Members of direct primary care get same-day or next-day appointments along with on-site testing, medications, and blood work, making it faster and easier to receive the total care you need in one location.

Our convenient, local practices provide care in a warm, welcoming environment. Doctors, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses from Penn Medicine lead our practices, offering in-person or virtual appointments that start on time with no waiting lines. Simply call or text HealthWorks via a secure mobile app whenever you want an in-person or virtual appointment.
The Penn Medicine team spends plenty of time with you, regardless of the reason for your visit. Wellness visits typically last between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on your time constraints, and sick visits are scheduled for shorter periods. Our staff takes the time to talk through your concerns so they can create a comprehensive care plan for your immediate health needs and establish a long-term relationship to serve as a foundation for your regular care.
With integrated health records, our medical team members get a full picture of your health. This allows them to see what tests or treatments you’ve already had and to share information instantly with other members of your care team. As part of the Penn Medicine community, we can coordinate specialty care anywhere across the region when needed. If you ever need more information about your care, you can use the HealthWorks app to ask questions outside of your scheduled appointment times.
