The Red Coat Ambassadors provide maps, wayfinding guidance, patient and visitor escorts, wheelchair and walking support, and general information about the hospital to patients and visitors. Find an Ambassador at the welcome desk in the main lobby of the Preston Building or throughout Pennsylvania Hospital.
Pennsylvania Hospital’s main entrance is on 8th Street, just south of Spruce Street.
The emergency entrance is on Spruce Street, between 8th and 9th streets.
