- Rehabilitation hospital: The main campus building features Penn Medicine Rehabilitation, a 58-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital licensed through the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and managed by Good Shepherd Penn Partners.
- Long-term care: The Specialty Hospital at Rittenhouse, a 38-bed long-term acute care hospital is also housed in the main campus building.
- Parking garage: Convenient parking is available at the parking garage at 1700 South Street. Patients and visitors of Penn Medicine Rittenhouse receive discounted rates with validation.
- Valet parking: Valet parking is available at the Tuttleman Center Monday to Friday starting at 6:30 a.m.
