Lancaster General Health Downtown Pavilion

The Downtown Pavilion features a variety of outpatient services as well as primary and specialty care practices. It is also home to an urgent care location. It is conveniently located next to Lancaster General Hospital and includes a connecting pedestrian bridge.

• Thursday – 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Friday – 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Saturday – 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Sunday – Closed

• Urgent care: Our Lancaster City – Duke Street urgent care, across from the Lancaster General Hospital Emergency Department, is open every day.
• Amenities: We have a café, expanded laboratory, and radiology services.
• Central registration hub: At the Downtown Pavilion, we aim for a more streamlined and efficient check-in experience.
• Common electronic medical record: All of the providers at the Downtown Pavilion use MyLGHealth, a common electronic medical record that is linked across the entire health system. Patients have access to their medical records through a secure website and mobile app and will be able to communicate electronically with their doctor’s office.
