Valet

Valet service at The Clifton Center for Medical Breakthroughs accepts arrivals from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Valet parking is available only for patients. Concierges wearing blue coats are available near the entrance to help patients with mobility issues. You can pick up your vehicle anytime on level P2 of The Clifton Center parking garage.

Valet rates beginning July 1, 2026:

• Patients and their visitors: $15 for up to 7 hours; $20 for 7 to 24 hours
• Non-patients: $40 for up to 7 hours; $50 for 7 to 24 hours

Walking escorts

Penn Medicine Security provides walking escorts to patients, visitors, and employees who request an escort to parking garages, lots, and streets around the hospital. Escorts are always available — timing depends on security officer availability. Call 215-662-2677 to request a walking escort.
