Directions and parking
Patients and visitors to The Clifton Center for Medical Breakthroughs are encouraged to park in the 3600 Civic Center Boulevard parking garage and The Clifton Center Parking Garage. A free shuttle is available from the 3600 Civic Center Boulevard garage’s Level 2 transportation center to the Perelman Center, The Clifton Center for Medical Breakthroughs, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Please do not park in the Perelman Center garage, which is only for Perelman Center patients.
3600 Civic Center Boulevard (CCB) Parking Garage
- 3600 Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19104
- Garage hours: Open 5 a.m. Monday to midnight Friday. Closed on weekends.
- Garage rates: Patients, $5; Visitors and employees, $20.
The Clifton Center Parking Garage
- 1 Convention Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104
- Garage hours: 24 hours
- Garage rates: Patients and visitors can park for free for up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, patients pay $7 for up to 3 hours, $10 for 3 to 7 hours, or $11 from 7 to 24 hours. Visitors pay $13 for up to 3 hours, $18 for 3 to 7 hours, or $20 from 7 to 24 hours.
Valet service at The Clifton Center for Medical Breakthroughs accepts arrivals from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Valet parking is available only for patients. Concierges wearing red coats are available near the entrance to help patients with mobility issues. You can pick up your vehicle anytime on level P2 of The Clifton Center parking garage.
Penn Medicine Security provides walking escorts to patients, visitors, and employees who request an escort to parking garages, lots, and streets around the hospital. Escorts are always available — timing depends on security officer availability. Call 215-662-2677 to request a walking escort.
