Chester County Hospital's main entrance is at the intersection of East Marshall Street and Montgomery Avenue.
The hospital's emergency entrance and East Entrance of the Ambulatory Care Center are on East Marshall Street.

The Chester County Hospital Bistro is in the Knauer Family Main Lobby. The Bistro accepts cash and credit cards.

Chester County Hospital's Café is on the first floor of the South building. Credit cards are accepted.

Lunch and dinner: 11:15 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday
Breakfast: 6:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:15 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Snack bar and vending areas
Located across the hallway from the Café, the main vending area is always open. There are also vending machines in the waiting areas on the second and fourth floors of Lasko Tower, which is accessible from the North elevator.
Guest trays
Guest trays may be ordered at the unit nurses' stations. Please notify the nurses' station before 11 a.m. for lunch and before 4 p.m. for dinner. Each guest tray is $6.

The Women's Auxiliary Gift Shop (WAGS) is open Monday through Saturday on the hospital’s ground floor. The shop features an assortment of jewelry (such as Silver Forest), affordable gift items (including Vera Bradley handbags and accessories), greeting cards, and Penn Medicine/Chester County Hospital apparel. Fresh flowers, candy, gum, and toiletries are stocked regularly.
There are two ATMs at the hospital. One is near the entrance to the Café on the first floor of the South building. The other is near the Gift Shop on the hospital’s ground floor.
Chester County Hospital has a variety of services for patients who speak a language other than English, as well as for those with vision and hearing difficulties. Please ask your nurse for assistance.
Interpreters are available in-house, off-site, and on-call throughout the week for interpretation, translation, and education. Interpreters can also handle phone calls and help Spanish-speaking patients set appointments by phone.
Compassionate listening and prayer are available to all patients at Chester County Hospital. Anyone, not only those who identify as religious or spiritual, can call for a chaplain's support, and they will listen with compassion as you talk through what matters most to you.
