Beneficiary designations
Naming the Foundation as a beneficiary of an IRA, 401k, donor-advised fund, life insurance policy, or financial account is easy – and impactful.
Use this information to name the Foundation as a beneficiary:
Name: Chester County Hospital Foundation
Address: 701 E. Marshall Street, West Chester, PA 19380
Tax ID#: 23-2267407
Phone: 610-431-5110
Your retirement fund
Giving retirement assets through a beneficiary designation or a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) can provide significant tax savings.
A QCD allows individuals, age 70½ or older, to donate annually from their IRA directly to a qualified charity, like the Chester County Hospital Foundation. For donors, age 73 and older, a QCD can count towards a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD). A QCD reduces taxable income (AGI) – even if you don’t itemize deductions. To learn more, request our QCD Guide.
Charitable gift annuity
A CGA provides fixed payments for life and potential tax savings, while also supporting the hospital. Contact us for current rates or a personalized gift illustration.
