"Working Together Towards a Healthier System and Culture of Medicine"
My scholarship and advocacy work focuses on identifying protective factors that mitigate burnout and poor health during medical training and beyond. I hope to help schools, training programs and healthcare organizations improve how they cultivate a fertile and pro-growth learning environment for trainees. Incorporating growth mindset and other positive youth development tenets into how medical education is delivered will bring about a shift towards a more positive and strength-based educational system.
