  • Dr. Rose is a Penn Medicine physician.

Meet Dr. Rose

I have been in surgical practice for 40 years. My training was in general surgery with a fellowship in surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.  Over one year  ago I left my full time position at Main Line Health where in addition to my clinical responsibility I was Chief of Surgery and the interim Vice President of Medical Affairs at Bryn Mawr Hospital.  It is with great joy that July 2022 I jpoined  Penn  to devote my time exclusively to clinical activities (patient care, teaching, and mentoring). I am now focused completely on providing the most comprehensive breast care to my patients. This will include benign conditions and cancer care. For best results, this must be done with a multidiscipinary (team) patient centric approach. I will always be available in a timely fashion to address all questions/concerns of my patients, their family, their caregivers, and their medical team.
