From Jan. 9 through Oct. 31, 2024, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will replace the 34th Street bridge, affecting traffic in University City and West Philadelphia.
Northbound traffic on University Avenue is reduced to one lane. Please expect heavy traffic and delays and allow extra time to travel to your appointments in University City and West Philadelphia.
