Tuesdays in July: BeWellPhilly's Yoga Flow
Grab your yoga mat and take a free yoga class starting at 6 pm at the Curtis Atrium.
July 29, 2019: Philadelphia Dance Day
Philadelphia Dance Day is a festival that features free workshops, live performances, and a dance party with some of the city's best-known dance instructors.
September 14-15, 2019: Bikeout
Take a bicycle camping adventure along the beautiful Schuylkill River Trail to Camphill Kimberton, a farming community just outside Phoenixville.
First and Third Sundays: Dirt Church Bike Rides
Brewerytown Bicycles hosts beginner trail rides with free rentals beginning at 9:30 am. Upcoming rides are set for July 7 and 21; August 4 and 18; and September 1 and 15.
Mondays and Tuesdays: Center City Fit at Dilworth Park
Trainers from Optimal Sport Health Club will offer Zumba, boot camp, and cardio kickboxing classes at Dilworth Park on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
All Summer: Free Yoga on Race Street Pier
The Delaware River Waterfront offers free yoga classes on Race Street Pier seven days a week, plus holiday and Full Moon classes throughout the summer.
All Summer: Yoga at the Market
On Sunday mornings at 9 am, take an open-air class at the Dickinson Square Park Farmers' Market. Classes are donation-based, so you can pay what you wish.
July 14: Free Stroll to Smithtown (Delaware Canal State Park)
Take a 4 ½-mile summer stroll on Delaware Canal towpath and explore Smithtown in Point Pleasant.
August 17: Free "Bark in the Park" at Washington Crossing Historic Park
Take a free one-mile walk with other pups and their owners starting at 10 am on the Pennsylvania side of the river.
Weekends: Goat Yoga at Hellerick's Family Farm (Doylestown)
Take a yoga class while goats sniff, snuggle, and even climb on your back. Classes are held Fridays at 6 pm and weekend mornings at 10 am.
July 15: Yoga Flow and Axe Throw with Splitting Edge Axe Throwing (Pottstown)
All level yogis and axe throwers are welcome. Start with a vinyasa yoga flow and end with axe throwing in a fun and supportive environment at 6:30 pm.
Tuesdays: Free Yoga Happy Hour at King of Prussia Town Center
Bring your yoga mat and a towel to the King of Prussia Town Center for a free yoga class at 5:30 pm with Stillpoint Yoga Studios.
Tuesdays: Trail Tuesdays at Valley Forge National Historical Park (King of Prussia)
Walkers of all fitness levels are invited to a free walk starting at the Valley Forge Park Alliance Table at 10 am every Tuesday.
July 11 and August 8: Happy Hour Dance Party at Salsa in the Suburbs (Media)
Enjoy an instructor-supervised session featuring salsa and bachata songs starting at 8:30 pm.
July 27, August 31 and September 28: Free Bird Walks at Newlin Grist Mill (Glen Mills)
Explore the wonderful world of bird life on a naturalist-led walk at Newlin Grist Mill starting at 9 am. Families and beginners are welcome.
Tuesdays: Chair Yoga at Swarthmore United Methodist Church
Pull up a chair for Chair Yoga classes starting at 11 am. All ages and mobility levels are welcome.
Tuesdays: Family Yoga at Veterans Park (Broomall)
This 9:30 am yoga class is geared toward parents and grandparents with children of all ages. Adults may also attend alone.
