Research Associate Professor of Medicine

Dr. Limberis is employed by Penn Medicine.

No Patient Satisfaction Reviews
Why not?

There is no publicly available rating for this medical professional for one of the following reasons:

  1. He or she is not employed by Penn Medicine.
  2. He or she does not see patients in a medical practice setting.
  3. He or she sees patients but has not yet received the minimum 30 patient satisfaction reviews in the past 12 months, ensuring that the rating is statistically reliable and a true reflection of patient satisfaction.

Description of Research Expertise:

Dr. Limberis is an expert in lung-directed gene transfer using viral-based vectors. She investigates gene therapy for cystic fibrosis and studies the immunological implications of lung-directed gene therapy. She is developing AAV-based prophylactic vaccines for deadly airborne infectious diseases with an emphasis on clinical translation.
