Meet Ms. Chreiman

With over 27 years of professional experience in healthcare and with 20 of those years focusing on trauma center development, quality improvement initiatives and data analytics, I direct operational and accredidation oversight of the Trauma Center at Penn, a Level One, Regional Resource, Academic, Urban Trauma Center. Additionally I oversee programs within the Division of Trauma, Surgical Critical Care & Emergency Surgery such as the Trauma Registry, Outpatient Clinical Team, Penn Acute Care Education, Injury Prevention and Performance Improvement. I work to help improve the patient and family experience, team communication, resident on boarding, prehospital navigation and access to resources. My research interests include intraosseous access, video review, acute care surgery, trauma registry and performance improvement.
