Description of Research Expertise:

Dr. Ghiam is a Canadian and American board-certified radiation oncologist and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology. He obtained a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology/Genetics from the University of Montreal. He completed his residency and Clinical Translational Fellowship in Head & Neck and Genitourinary malignancies at the University of Toronto. Dr. Ghiam's research interests are in Personalized Cancer Medicine using state-of-the-art radiation techniques and new imaging and molecular biomarkers to tailor individualized treatment.
