Good-sam-logoFor over half a century, the PAH Auxiliary awards allocations each New Year to fund departments and programs throughout the hospital and Hall-Mercer Community Behavioral Health Center. This year 35 separate allocations totaling over $125,000 are being distributed.

Each fall, there is an open call for funding requests. The funds are raised via various events, including bazaars, golf tournaments, and sales from The Bargain Shop, the PAH thrift store which provides quality, gently-used clothing and home goods at modest prices. Contributions are used solely for the purchase of equipment for the Hospital and to fund Hospital programs and services that directly benefit patients.

Auxiliary members would like to thank all who help them carry out the mission of the hospital’s historical motto of The Good Samaritan: “Take Care of Him and I Will Repay Thee.” Each contribution – no matter the size – has a positive impact on our patients who need it most.
