We are MAKING A DIFFERENCE through Penn’sWay
November 15, Campaign Ends
Penn's-Way

You are invited to participate in the Penn’s Way 2014campaign which kicked off October 1, and continues through Friday, November 15.

Penn’s Way, the Penn Medicine andUniversity of Pennsylvania  workplacecharitable giving campaign, continues to be recognized as one of the mostsuccessful and generous campaigns in the region. Unprecedented participationlevels last year enabled us to exceed our $1.4 million goal for localcharitable organizations. Through the combined strength of both the Universityand Penn Medicine faculty and staff, we are confident that this year’s campaignwill reach our goal of $1.45 million to support the communities in which welive.

Our PennsylvaniaHospital goal for the 2014 campaign is $111,000, with 90 percent participation.

People whowork in health care have a special commitment to making a positive impact onthe lives of others – and we share that commitment with the more than 6,000agencies supported each year by the Penn’s Way campaign through Penn Medicine, the Center for Responsible Funding, and United Way. All three agencies focus onthe health of our community, and together we can help build strongerneighborhoods, improve the quality of life and provide options for healthierliving for all people in our region.

To make a contribution, or to learn more about the Penn’s Waycampaign and the organizations you can support, please visit www.upenn.edu/pennsway. There you willfind agency information, answers to frequently asked questions, and a link to DONATE ONLINE.You may also click the Penn’s Way banner on our PAH Intranet pagefor the complete list of Department Captains,to track our progress and learn about upcoming Penn’s Way events –  such PAH Penn’s Way Fairs.

If youhave any questions, please ask your Department Captain, or one of the campaigncoordinators:

ThroughPenn’s Way, our collective generosity allows us to make a broader, moreimmediate impact on the vulnerable populations we serve and support thecommunities in which we live and work. Let us demonstrate the difference we canmake by helping others in the community and giving to organizations thatsupport our mission.  Each one of us can make a difference through Penn’sWay.
