This Award of Excellence is being Presented to the Skilled Care Center at PAHby the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Secretary of Health Michael Wolf. ThePAH SCC was the only site in Philadelphia and one of only two out of 713nursing homes regulated by the PA Department of Health that went Threeyears with no state citationsonannual health survey inspections. 2013Ehrenzeller Award Ceremony and Reception
On Tuesday, June 18, at 12 pm, the last Medical GrandRounds of the academic year will be held at PAH in the Zubrow Auditorium. It isalso when the Ehrenzellar Award is traditionally presented by the Ex-ResidentsAssociation. The 2013 Ehrenzellar Award recipient is Stephen Schuster, MD (Interngroup of 1981-81), director, Lymphoma Program and Lymphoma TranslationalResearch at the Abramson Cancer Center, and the Robert and Margarita Louis-DreyfusAssociate Professor in Chronic Lyphocytic Leukemia and Lymphoma Clinical Careand Research. Dr. Schuster will highlight current and future research in thetreatment of lymphoma and related diseases. Reception and lunch to follow inthe Great Court, Pine Building.
