Food-tastingEarlier this month, the Cultural DiversityCommittee hosted an International Food Tasting potluck, inviting PPMC facultyand staff to come together and share their favorite cultural fare withcolleagues.

Attendeesenjoyed a smorgasbord of ethnic foods from a variety of cultures, including:chicken and rice (a traditional meal from the Dominican Republic), Filipinocassava cake, deviled eggs, traditional Boston baked beans, Eastern Europeanpierogi, the internationally-popular bread pudding, and more!
