Dr. Crespo has assembled a support team that also deserves accolades. Jadeen Yeager Rosenthal helped me navigate the whole process of being evaluated at HUP prior to making the transplant list. She continues to guide me in how to continue caring for myself and always asks how I am feeling, if I have any unusual reactions to changes in my medications, etc. Eric Hobson is always on top of getting my prescriptions filled at my local pharmacy quickly. Each time I have my lab work done, I know that I will hear from Eric, Jadeen or Alexis [Gelo] as soon as they have seen the test results and consulted with Dr. Crespo. I am astounded that these medical assistants contact me at all hours, not just during the business day.
These medical professionals truly care about my health. They are encouraging, are pleasant to deal with and have a calm demeanor. I cannot say enough good tings about HUP.”
